TERMS OF
SERVICE

GENERAL

✦ Feeding my artwork through AI art and/or selling it for NFTs is strictly prohibited and are absolutely NOT allowed, this also includes monetary purposes.✦ I have the right to deny any commission request. Requesting to to copy another artist's art style is also forbidden.✦ All commissions will have a watermark and the client is not allowed to ask for the watermark-free version. If the commission is posted, the watermark will be bigger to prevent others from using it.✦ Please include as many references as possible for your commission. This includes colors, objects etc., poses are optional but it is favorably recommended as it helps the artist envision what the client wants in the artwork.✦ Commissions can be used and reposted by the client however credit must be included, only the client or the person the client has given permission to are allowed to use the commission.✦ If there is a preferred deadline, a specific date should be given. This is only applicable for art gifting purposes.✦ Commissions will take around in either a few days or 1 to 2 weeks depending on the complexity or amount of the commissions being done. Timeframe might increase or decrease depending on specific circumstances given to the client from the artist.✦ Updates on the commission will include a drafted sketch. Client must be expected to respond for any adjustment requests. If there are no requests the client is still expected to reply to let me know that the commission will be continued.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

✦ Client will either be sent an invoice or a paypal.me link and must pay upfront. The artist might possibly, depending on the circumstances, either request for the client to pay through in the artist's local currency. Locals can also pay through GCash. Any other form of payment not mentioned from the above statements are not applicable.✦ Refunds are freely requested any time before and during the drafting / sketching process.✦ Once the draft / sketch is agreed upon, full payment must be expected to be sent through in a mid-way payment method. There is also the possibility that the artist will request the payment after the illustration is finished than the aforementioned method.✦ If payment has not reached after 72 hours max, the entire commission will be cancelled. This rule is inapplicable once the client has given a valid reason in advance or after the 72-hour-rule as to not being able to pay upfront immediately (i.e medical emergencies etc.) as long as the client still has the intent to pay.✦ Complicated designs may need additional payment, the price may vary depending on the complexity of the references.✦ Commission will not be refunded after the drafted sketch is highly agreed upon and paid after.It is highly recommended that the client is absolutely sure about the commission they want to be finished, or want the commission cancelled ahead of time before giving the 'go' signal.Requests for alterations can be read below.

ALTERATION REQUESTS

✦ Requesting the sketch / draft or render to be altered is free. However, multiple alteration requests during and before the rendering process may be include an additional fee depending on how much the change will be, especially when the commission is already finished.
