✦ TERMS OF
SERVICE ✦

GENERAL

✦ Please respond within the week after contact.✦ If there is a deadline, a specific date should be given.✦ Commissions for commercial art purposes will depend on the artist's agreement.✦ I have the right to deny any commission request.✦ Include as many references as possible for your commission.✦ You have to be 18+ to commission NSFW art.✦ Requesting to copy another artist's art style is forbidden.✦ Commercial artworks are allowed to be modified with permission from the artist without the use of AI.✦ Time delivery of commission will depend on the complexity of the work. Averages to 3 days to 1 week. There will be constant updates on the commission during the progress.✦ The client is prohibited to modify, alter, or use the commission artwork for AI related services. Modification of the commission artwork is only allowed for personalizing without the use of AI.✦ All commissions will have a watermark and signature, the client is prohibited to ask for the watermark-and-signature-free version. If the commission is posted by the artist, the watermark will be bigger to prevent others from using it. However, a watermark-free version is free.✦ Commissions can be used and reposted by the client but must include credit, only the client or the person the client has given permission to are allowed to use the commission for personal uses.✦ Client must be expected to respond for any adjustment requests during the sketching phase. If there are no requests the client is still expected to reply to let me know that the commission will be continued.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

✦ Client will either be sent a Ko-Fi link or a paypal.me link and must pay upfront. Locals can also pay through GCash or any mode of local online payment.✦ Once the sketch is agreed, full payment must be expected to be sent through in a mid-way method.✦ If payment has not reached after 72 hours max, the entire commission will be cancelled. This rule is inapplicable once the client has given a valid reason in advance or after the 72-hour-rule as to not being able to pay upfront immediately (e.g medical emergencies etc.).✦ It is highly recommended that the client is absolutely sure about the commission they want to be finished, or want the commission cancelled ahead of time before giving the 'go' signal.✦ No refunds . Emergencies are exempted.

ALTERATION REQUESTS

✦ Requesting for correction about the sketch is free. However, more than 10 alteration requests during the rendering phase may be include an additional fee depending on how much the change will be, especially when the commission is already finished.
